Create a deal from a reply
One click from a good reply to a deal.
- Open the reply in the Unibox.
- Press Create deal.
The deal opens with the business, the contact and the whole thread attached, and its source is set to the email reply. The same works from a call in the Caller Console, where an Interested outcome can create a deal.
