Ask for a campaign
in plain English.
Say who you want to reach and where. Adapt finds them in the book, drafts the emails and the timing, and asks only the few things it can't know. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Ask the way you'd ask a colleague.
Type what you need: Get me 100 leads for Sheffield accountants, Recap overnight replies or Prep for my next meeting. Adapt works out the sector, the place and the size, then shows you its plan. If it needs something only you know, such as your offer, it asks.
Here is the whole campaign. I only need the few things only you know.
It proposes. You approve.
Adapt shows the whole campaign before it builds anything: who and where, how many, which mailboxes, your offer and the pace. Change any part, then press build. Anything that sends, starts or spends waits for your OK, and Adapt never deletes anything.

It works from the record you'd open yourself.
Ask about a business and Adapt answers from its record: who runs it, how we know, what changed lately. Ask for a list and it uses the same filters as the book, so what comes back carries the same labels.

One box, a lot of work.
Build a list
Ask for a sector, a place and a size. Adapt builds the search and shows you the count before you take anything.
Draft the emails
Openers and follow-ups written from facts on the record, such as a new director or a move. Every draft waits for you.
Catch up on replies
Ask what came back overnight and Adapt sorts it: who's interested, who's out of office, who said no.
Brief you for a meeting
Pull the record, the thread and the latest change into one short brief before you ring.
Change your settings
Ask for lower sending limits, a different pace or a pause. Starting and resuming still wait for your approval.
Ask how it's going
Reply rate, meetings booked, what's in the pipeline. Ask in a sentence and get the numbers.
Three steps, and the last one is yours.
- 1
Ask
Type a request on your home screen, or use Ask AI from any list.
- 2
Review
Adapt shows its plan: the list, the emails and the pace. Change anything you want.
- 3

Press Build the campaign. Starting it is a separate step, and it waits for you.
Questions, answered
Does Adapt send anything on its own?
No. Anything that sends, starts or spends waits for your approval. Adapt prepares the work, and you decide.
What can I ask it?
Find leads, draft emails, recap replies, brief you before a meeting, change your sending limits, queue LinkedIn work, hand out call lists, set reminders and pull a report. If it can't do something yet, it says so.
Will it make things up?
It's built to write only from facts on the record, and every draft waits for you to read it before anything is sent.
Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT instead?
Yes, through the MCP connector. Your assistant searches the same book, and anything that would start outreach still waits for your approval in Adapt Leads.
