The Caller Console
Where you make calls and log how they went.
Open Calling. The Caller Console has four parts:
- Today. Calls logged, records finished, call backs owed and calls still to dial.
- Lists. The call lists you hold, with who is next.
- Console. One business at a time: the number, who to ask for, a short script and the outcome buttons.
- Call backs. The promises you've made, held until you keep them.
It isn't a dialler. You ring from your own phone, then log the outcome.
