Hand out call lists
For managers: send lists to the team and see who is ahead.
Managers send call lists to the team, then hand them out to callers. The Today screen shows what's waiting to be handed out, and warns you when someone is about to run out of work.
You can see calls logged, records finished and call backs owed for the team, and each caller sees their own work.
