Do-not-contact
Keep people who asked to stop out of your campaigns.
When someone asks to stop, add them to your do-not-contact list. Nothing more is sent to them.
You'll find the list in Settings, under Suppression list. You can also ask Adapt to add someone in plain English.
As the sender, keep your own record of opt-outs that come to you directly. Your responsibilities as a sender.
