Sequences and follow-ups
How the emails in a campaign are spaced and stopped.
A campaign is a sequence: a first email, then follow-ups with waits between them. A campaign is planned at about 20 a day from each mailbox, Monday to Friday during working hours, with random gaps between sends.
Follow-ups hold back if Adapt can't read a mailbox's replies, so nobody who has already answered is chased. Bounce notices are matched to the right contact once and never chased.
You can change the wording of any step, and pause the whole campaign at any time.
