Connect a mailbox
Add a mailbox and let it warm up before it sends campaigns.
- Open Outreach, then Email accounts, and press Add new.
- Choose Gmail or Google Workspace, or any other mailbox that works over IMAP and SMTP.
- Sign in. The mailbox appears in the list and starts warming up.
A new mailbox starts slowly and builds up, with a daily limit that rises as warm-up goes on. Each one has its own health score, sent-today count and ramp day. Campaigns send from the mailboxes you choose, and you can connect several.
Email goes out from your own mailbox, never from our servers.
