Anyone can ask for their details to be removed, with no account and no fee.
If your business details appear in Adapt Leads and you'd like them removed, you can ask, and you don't need an account.
- Open Remove my data.
- Email us the detail you want removed, such as a name, a work email, a phone number or a company.
- We suppress the record and keep a small note so the same details aren't added back from a future source.
Removal is applied everywhere, including exports you haven't made yet, and it's free. We act on requests promptly and within 30 days.
