Cancel your plan

There's no minimum term. You can cancel from your account, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, so your plan won't renew. If you can't find the option, email us and we'll do it for you.

Your saved lists and searches stay, so coming back later doesn't mean starting again.

Fees you've already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. If something has gone wrong with a charge, tell us and we'll look at it.
