What counts as an export
What uses your allowance, and what never does.
Exporting a contact is what uses your allowance.
- Free, always: searching, filtering, sorting and opening a record.
- Counts once: a new contact leaving the platform. Exporting the same contact again in the same month doesn't count again.
Your allowance resets each billing month, and unused exports don't roll over. Your current balance is on Plan and billing, for example 3,420 exports left this month.
